We do not accpet any guests without a free consultation to make sure we are a good fit for each other! After that, if you decide to travel with us, we will send you payment details (paypal, venmo, wire, alipay, wechat pay, zelle) to confirm your booking. Full amount is required to secured your booking. After payment confirmation, we wil immediately start visa application (if required for your passport) and get ready to welcome you to china!

We do not accept refunds after payment confirmation, as our work starts immediately after. Please plan your schedule accordingly. However, if you really have to cancel, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or to another future .

No, our pricing includes all treatments and fee for your guide, driver, and staff. Tipping is also not common in China. You are welcome to tip if you are happy with our or others’ service, but it is not required or expected.
